Keeping the Ball Rolling

This week included two hours of cardio instead of 1 and only one hour of weights.  All of this continues to build my strength and all around health.  Staying healthy and taking care of your body is definitely something that is vital if you want to live longer.   I'm currently at 229 which is roughly 11 or so pounds I've lost since starting this blog.  Gotta keep it up and work even harder than I have been.
